Magical Lantern Festival at Chiswick House 24th November – 1st January

This year’s Christmas-themed Lantern Festival illuminates the gardens at Chiswick House with an array of beautifully sculpted lanterns, sure to delight both children and adults alike. Walk through the spectacular outdoor installation, replete with vibrant colours and artistic sculptures ranging from “Santa and his Reindeers” to a magnificent giant recreation of an ‘Ancient City from the Song Dynasty’. The entertainment area adds another dimension to this wonderful night out with a food and drink area, bar, Santa’s Grotto, and fairground rides for children. Christmas at Kew Gardens 22nd November – 1st January

This is a once a year opportunity to see the spectacular Kew Gardens in a truly unique fashion. There are an array of ice rinks of london but few set against the picturesque backdrop of Somerset House. Test out your skate skills or just have fun, if you’re looking for Christmas season dates this could be it.
